Babysitting the dogs while the parents are gone for the weekend. Well, the horses and the calves too. Brr, cold! Brad asked the girls if they wanted to go for a ride.. I think this is yes..!

Today was our second snow day and also clean-up day for the driveway. While Brad was blowing snow, I was taking pretty pictures. Back to school tomorrow! Then the weekend.

Hope everyone stayed warm and had a nice snow day. Being the people that we are, Brad and I of course played out in the snow and went to town (twice).. Birch Run was a ghost town and Clio had a little bit more action. Today’s picture is of our dogs. How cliché to have a picture of snow after a massive snowstorm, right? Meh—It’s so prettyful out side. And right now, the sky is so clear you can see every star in the sky! Sticking close to home for the next few days and very grateful for four wheel drive. : )
The puppies sportin’ their lovely blankets from their grandma! They love them. Except, Britt takes Wrigley’s zebra hide off of her and she gets cold and I have to go chase it half way across the yard in a blizzard!!

So, snowstorm ensuing.. We have a snow day tomorrow. What a great way to start back to work. : ) I approve. This afternoon, I took the space shuttle out to a satellite to take a picture of the crazy storm from a different perspective. Annnd, I had time for a nap. Talk about bein’ resourceful!

This is my picture from today. We stopped at a flea market and got some beautiful produce in Bradenton, Fl. (Near Anna Maria Island) Nothin like snackin on some delicious ripe strawberries and chilling on the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key Island. Pure paradise.

When you get to the ‘Waffle House’ part, it’d be a lot funnier if you saw all the stinking Waffle Houses we saw driving down 75, Brad says they are every 1.5 miles. I’m beginning to think he’s right.
