About a pound of onions cooking down so I could make french onion soup for the first time. It turned out rather delicious. : )

Good news! I didn’t put it in yesterdays blog, but I get to go back to work on Monday. I am rather excited to reclaim my territory. I need a constant schedule as much as my students. Life is good.

Oh, who cares if the water was like 45 degrees and it was only a tad warmer air temp.. we still played in the Atlantic ocean on Daytona beach in January. It was my first time seeing the ocean! I loved it.

This is the bundle of joy I got to play with today. Got my puppy fix in for a while!! : ) Our good friends got an addition into their family today. They were still deciding last I knew, but it’s either Pebbles or Roxy. She’s adorable!
